Main Administration Screen
This page enables user-friendly system administration. Users can access certain pages and data cards within the system, cards on visitors to the site, support representative status and activities, and page display on site.
Visitor Card Index:
A visitor card index appears in the upper right hand corner of the homepage, presenting data on visitors. The index is divided into 3 data tables.

Support Representative Administration
This page presents a detailed list of users and enables control of the CounterBell users. The system enables the definition of two user levels:
a. Administrator - full control on system interfaces
b. Support representative - limited access

Support Statistics
The module allow monitoring visitors and support representative activities.
The statistics interface presents two segments: representative and/or month.
The two tabs located on the upper right hand part of the page enable selection of the required segmentation.
The pages have four main sections:
1. Window to view diagrams
2. Window to review data
3. Menu to read graphic data
4. Menu for graphic configuration

Online browsing data
This page presents browsing details regarding various pages on the site. The figures are analyzed only during active support for one or more system users.
