Main Administration Screen
This page enables ongoing and friendly system administration and consolidates a variety of applications offered by the software. The page contains an upper menu, through which users can access certain pages and data cards within the system, cards on visitors to the site for ongoing review of their data, support representative status, support representative activities and page display on site.
Visitor Card Index:
A visitor card index appears in the upper right hand corner of the homepage, presenting data on the people visiting the site. The index is divided into 3 data tables that are selected by pressing the required tab. The card show many interesting details concerning the visitor.

Support Representative Administration
This page presents a detailed list of users and enables in house control of the CounterBell users. The system enables the definition of two user levels: A. Administrator - Able to fully control the system interfaces. B. Support representative - limited permissions.

Support Statistics
The system offers site owners a variety of statistical services regarding visitors activities and support representative activities.
The statistics interface presents data, based on two segmentations:
1. Statistics by support representatives.
2. Statistics by months.
The two tabs located on the upper right hand part of the page enable selection of the required segmentation.
The pages are comprised of four main sections:
1. An upper window to view graphic data.
2. A lower window to review numerical data.
3. A middle menu to read graphic data and select a date.
4. A bottom menu to determine the graphic configuration (two-dimensional line, double phased pie).

On site browsing data
This page presents browsing details regarding various pages on the site. The figures are analyzed only during active support for one or more system users.
